How special are the woods that Mokuomo used?

We select the most prestigious, yet socially responsible and eco-friendly wood in the market. We utilize different woods (including pine wood, walnut wood, ash wood, maple wood, sapele wood etc), each with its own unique color, texture, weight and smell. Every piece is unique and has its own characteristics.

Is our product water-proof?

Our product is water repellent. If you spill water on the wood, all you need to do is to wipe it clear with tissue and leave it aside for a while to dry up. However, we strongly recommend that you should keep our product away from water in order to maintain durability.

We saw some similar products on the internet. Are your designs original?

Thank you so much for supporting us as the original designs! Each of our designs is developed by our team and handcrafted individually. While similar themes may exist in the market, our work reflects our own creative direction, craftsmanship, and design philosophy. We also uphold strict quality control throughout our production process to ensure consistency, durability, and finishing standards. Design registration applies to selected designs, and we continue to take appropriate steps to protect our original creative work as our collection grows.

Can I change my address after I place the order?

Please contact our staff through email or Facebook as soon as possible if you want to change your address. If the product you ordered still haven’t been sent out, we will try our best to change it for you. However, if the product is already sent out, address change will not be accepted.

Do I have to pay tax and duties?

No need to worry about taxes or duties! We now cover all import duties, customs fees, and other taxes for our retail customers in almost all locations around the world. Your order will be delivered directly to you without any additional charges. Please note that a few less common destinations may still incur taxes or tariffs. In such cases, you’re welcome to contact us at support@mokuomo.com, and our team will be happy to assist you further. Mokuomo reserves the right of final decision.

How long does it take for shipping normally?

Normally, it takes 3-7 working days to ship, depends on which country you are shipping to. For more remote areas, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Can we track our orders?

Yes, we will provide tracking number after we sent out your parcel.

What is the warranty and exchange policy?

All of the non-personal product client will be able to enjoy the free 100 days (from the day of dispatch) warranty and exchange policy. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects on the product itself. The warranty doesn’t cover any other damages. Client should send pictures of the defected products to contact@mokuomo.com and also provide the purchase receipt. Our customer service will review your case and come back to you as soon as possible. Shipping cost incurred will be bear by the client. In case of any dispute, Mokuomo reserves the final decision.

We accept Visa card, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and PayPal.

Are our products suitable for children?

It is suitable for everyone above 14 years old.
