How special are the woods that Mokuomo used?

We select the most prestigious, yet socially responsible and eco-friendly wood in the market. We utilize different woods (including pine wood, walnut wood, ash wood, maple wood, sapele wood etc), each with its own unique color, texture, weight and smell. Every piece is unique and has its own characteristics.

Is our product water-proof?

Our product is water repellent. If you spill water on the wood, all you need to do is to wipe it clear with tissue and leave it aside for a while to dry up. However, we strongly recommend that you should keep our product away from water in order to maintain durability.

Are our products suitable for children?

Yes, it is suitable for everyone above 3 years old.

What kind of payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa card, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and PayPal.

Can I change my address after I place the order?

Please contact our staff through email or Facebook as soon as possible if you want to change your address. If the product you ordered still haven’t been sent out, we will try our best to change it for you. However, if the product is already sent out, address change will not be accepted.

Do I have to pay tax and duties?

All prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied in countries outside of Hong Kong. As recipients, you shall liable for all import duties, customs and other taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. These duties and taxes will be invoiced to you directly and payment is necessary to release your order from the custom.

How long does it take for shipping normally?

Normally, it takes 5-15 working days to ship, depends on which country you are shipping to.

Can we track our orders?

Yes, we will provide tracking number after we sent out your parcel.

What is the warranty and exchange policy?

All of the non-personal product client will be able to enjoy the free 100 days (from the day of dispatch) warranty and exchange policy. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects on the product itself. The warranty doesn’t cover any other damages. Client should send pictures of the defected products to contact@mokuomo.com and also provide the purchase receipt. Our customer service will review your case and come back to you as soon as possible. Shipping cost incurred will be bear by the client. In case of any dispute, Mokuomo reserves the final decision.

Do we have to pay extra for custom?

All the prices in our store do not include VAT or custom fee. Depending on the destination, you might need to pay a bit extra for custom clearance. However, from our experience, for most of the countries, you do not have to. But if you want to be 100% sure, we recommend you to reach out to your local government agency to learn more.
