1. What is the warranty, exchange and return policy?

All personal product will not be able to enjoy any warranty and exchange policy.

All of the non-personal product client will be able to enjoy the free 100 days (from the day of dispatch) warranty and exchange policy. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects on the product itself. The warranty doesn’t cover any other damages. Client should send pictures of the defected products to contact@mokuomo.com and also provide the purchase receipt. Our customer service will review your case and come back to you as soon as possible. Shipping cost incurred will be bear by the client. In case of any dispute, Mokuomo reserves the final decision.

You may also return a product within 100 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund minus the necessary payment processing fee if any (Product needs to be sent at the customer's cost).

2. What should I do if I found my package lost?

Please email contact@mokuomo.com or contact us through Facebook as soon as possible. Please notice that our team will try to help you to solve the problem, but we bear no responsibility on the lose during delivery.
